Friday to Friday rental . Large reverse living Contemporary with lots of decks. Third house in from ocean. 1st level has playroom ,4 Brs. 2nd level large open living area and 2nd Master w/ balcony. Roof top Deck with hot tub. Tenants responsible for propane refill for grill and cleaning grill after each use. All four bathrooms are completely renovated. Second floor deck fiber glassed. First floor deck enclosed for a new 400 sq ft living area with couch and tv. New outdoor gazebo 16x12 with outdoor Pollywood seating area. 10 beach passes, 6 beach chairs , umbrella. . No more than 16 people including children. TENANTS TO SIGN ADDENDUM FOR SWING SET AND HOT TUB. Weekly rentals only, no parties. Pillows and blankets are provided. Owner offers a reduced security deposit of USD 500 with the purchase of the damage insurance.USD 70 non refundable. Without damage insurance, security is USD 1500
