716 Swordfish is a lovely two story ocean view home located in the heart of Fripp Island. This six bedroom, four bath home comfortably sleeps 16, and is perfect for large family gatherings, groups or weddings. Features include a downstairs kitchenette, living area, and 2 bedrooms. Stop and have a game of pool on your way to the main level sun room, open living area, or the large screened in porch. Just a short walk away you will find the beach access, Beach Club, tennis, and 2 pools. A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island, or take a ride to get ice cream at the Food Court after dinner! Also included with your rental are up to 16 guest cards, with a value of up to $800. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis. NO PETS! Please ask us about Golf Packages for Monthly Rentals!!!!
