Boat Dock Is 6x40 and has power (Boat lift not available) , Fully Equipped Kitchen, 4 Car Parking in the Driveway. Bedroom 1: One King Bed / Attached Bathroom / Lanai Access / 50" TV, Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed / 32" TV, Bedroom 3: One Queen Bed / 32" TV, Bedroom 2: One Queen Murphy Bed that is also a Desk. Pool/Spa Heater Charges and Information: The pool faces North East. Pool heat is an additional cost per week or per month PLUS TAX. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
