Property information

Clean, comfortable single family house just 4th from ocean with ocean & bayviews. House has been well kept by the owners. Interior has been freshly painted. Front deck right off kitchen for grilling after days spent on the beach. Strict Policy-NO PETS/ NO SMOKING .. Please note interior staircase is spiral, but access to both floors from exterior staircase as well. 2 bedrooms on 1st floor with shared bathroom , 2nd floor has primary bedroom with a King Size mattress & 4th bedroom w/ shared bath. Laundry room is located on ground floor. OWNER Provides comforters only.
