This spacious wilderness retreat is as peaceful as it is convenient. With your loved ones by your side, listen to the river's serene trickling from the patio as you gaze out at the local flora and fauna. Walking inside, retro living and modern amenities blend together in perfect unison. Under vaulted ceilings, the spacious living room displays a stone-surrounded wood stove, plush sofas, and plenty of natural light. Steps from here, the updated kitchen displays stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. When it's time to eat, dining is made easy at one of the two wooden dining tables.
Expanding the space for wonderful family memories, the basement family room boasts another wood stove, a large TV, and the perfect table for board game nights. When you need some space to yourself, the four bedrooms come lined with soft linens and lovely pieces of old-school charm. A jetted tub, internet access, and private washer/dryer access round out the stellar interior amenities.
Within a quick 20 miles of your stay, enjoy exploring Adventure Mountain Lake Tahoe, Magic Carpet Golf, Pope Beach, Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena, and Emerald Bay State Park.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to 2000 dollars will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
During the spring the property's river rises and caution is warranted.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
