This second floor unit boasts amazing Bay Views, both from the Enclosed Porch, as well as the Deck! Tenants have use of the Dock, however, it is shared with the first floor unit. Each unit has a designated Outdoor Shower. Off-Street Parking is provided on the right half of the Driveway, for up to four (4) cars, max. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS. WiFi Access available. No smoking, and no pets permitted.
