Bed Linens & towels provided. No beach towels or hand towels. Ten (10) Beach Badges are provided by the homeowner, for tenant use, as a courtesy. Tenant(s) will be responsible for replacement cost of any missing or lost badges. Dogs are permitted with a refundable USD 300. pet deposit and USD 200. non-refundable pet fee. Dogs must be on a flea prevention program. Dogs only. No cats,birds, etc. *Handicap Accessible Ramp, from Ground Level to First Floor, via Porch. First floor has two (2) Bedrooms, and a Full Bathroom w/tub/shower. No smoking permitted."
