LOCATION! Very private. Relax with the whole family or a group of friends at this peaceful location. Our home is situated on 1.5 acres, backing up to beautiful pastures of farm land. Located just 2 minutes from the I-64 interstate, 20 minutes from Keeneland, 55 minutes from Churchill Downs and just mere minutes from the most famous bourbon Kentucky has to offer including Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve, Jim Beam, Old Crow, J. Mattingly 1845, Four Roses, Ancient Age, Whiskey Thief & Castle & Key Bourbon distilleries.
This location is located in the country but only 2 minutes from town. It's a great location to get away from everything and relax. Very peaceful neighborhood. This location is 1.5 acres away from the closest neighbor.
