Prepare your morning coffee, quick snacks, or full-course dinners in the well-equipped, full kitchen, and then dine together at the breakfast bar or the adjacent table — perfect for family game nights. Just steps away, the living area offers plenty of seating options, stellar forest and mountain views, and a wood-burning fireplace. Breckenridge, the Keystone Resort, the Loveland Ski Area, and the Arapahoe Basin Ski Area are all within 18 miles of this home, making this condo a skier's dream! Summer guests will enjoy being just five-and-a-half miles from the Dillon Reservoir, while superb fishing opportunities away in the Gold Medal waters of the Blue River. And at the end of the day, sample the wares at one of this area's excellent local breweries. THINGS TO KNOW There are currently no operational hot tubs or pools within this community. However, the pool across the street on Tokay Dr. is available for guest use. A 4x4 is recommended in winter.
