This building is split into two private upper and lower-level homes. You will have secure access to the upper level only including two off-street parking spaces. Tenants reside below.
Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac within the prestigious hilltop community of Cliffside Estates, you’ll find the ideal family- and dog-friendly get-away. Get comfortable as you enjoy the entire upper-level home with gorgeous mountain views! Utah State University, boutique shopping and restaurants of historic Logan are less than six minutes away. You’ll be spoiled for choices when it comes to year-round activities outdoors. Cherry Peak Resort and Beaver Mountain Ski areas are less than an hour away. Epic hiking trails for all levels nearby.
