Small but a clean and comfortable bedroom with a separate entrance from the main house. This small unit has a separate entrance and own parking. We offer a tandem inflatable kayak to use while renting the unit. Easy to transport to different springs in the area! Owner does not take any liability for use of the inflatable kayak. Guest have complete access and a private entrance to your bedroom. There is a semi-shared access for the backyard and lanai for your meals if needed. You also have your own parking in front of the house next to driveway. The unit has its own AC unit, microwave, mini fridge, space heater and single cup coffee machine. The lanai and BBQ area are exclusively for the main house. If you use the BBQ you will be charge extra cleaning fee additional to the regular cleaning fee.
