Enjoy this beautiful Midtown Memphis home built in 1929, renovated to todays expectations while encapsulating some of that old world Memphis Charm. located within walking distance to Rhodes college and the Greenline that runs through Memphis. Enjoy delicious food at Cafe Eclectic, perhaps a concert in the park or an afternoon at the Memphis zoo thats situated a few blocks away! There is a park directly across the street available to you , friends or family.
