Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this enormous 4000 sq ft centrally-located beach home that is a 2 min walk (500 ft) from the beach! Complete with your own private pool (heating available); a rooftop deck & patio with stunning ocean views; an enormous private yard; a game garage with billiards, ping pong, foosball, darts, & much more! This spacious home has 2 living rooms, 4 king beds, & plenty of space to stretch out! This spectacular property is a rare find since it is one of the only enormous single family short term rentals in the area so don't delay! This large home includes 4 king beds among 12 total beds & has plenty of space to stretch out or lounge in the sun! There are smart TVs in all bedrooms, both living rooms, & even in the game garage (total of 7 smart TVs)! The 2 separate living rooms make this property perfect for splitting up the adults from the kids! The property also boasts an enormous game garage with pool table, foosball, ping pong, etc! The yard comes complete with an enormous top of the line park-grade double sided charcoal BBQ grill that swivels, a fire pit, a pool (heating available), & outdoor yard games! Pool heating is available year round for a fee! Note: the garage with all the games is NOT heated nor cooled! Complete with a 360 virtual tour available upon booking! We are confident that this virtual tour alongside the floor plan photos within our listing will help you prepare for your trip! Rest easy knowing that this amazing property is professionally and regularly maintained with a large variety of service contracts with professional companies that include same day & after hours emergency services for the unlikely event you experience any issues during your stay! The property is only 500 feet from the beach and this property is one of the only large single family short term rentals in the area! Forget something? You you are a short 2 minute walk (400 feet) from a 24-hour Circle K which has a convenience store! You are also less than a 5 min walk (0.2 miles) from 4 other grocery &/or convenience store locations such as: Food Lion, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Sinbad International Market, & Quick Stop Grocery! You can’t beat that for convenience! When it comes to nearby and convenient dining you are in luck as there are many restaurants in walking distance! For example, look no further than a 2 min walk (300 feet) from the nearest breakfast spot - Plantation House of Pancakes!
