You'll be mere steps from Main Street, the Riverwalk, and the Snowflake and Quicksilver Super 6 Lifts at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Step inside to find 1,138 square feet of living space, with a living room, a dining space, and a kitchen that open to each other for easy mingling. Step outside onto the private balcony each morning to breathe in the brisk mountain air, or read the newspaper and sip your coffee in the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace. You'll also have access to community amenities that include a swimming pool, indoor hot tubs, a sauna, and a summer barbecue deck. Cimarron is a recently remodeled complex that's ideally located on Park Avenue in Breckenridge. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is less than a quarter-mile south, the Snowflake Lift is a third of a mile west, and the beginner-level Four O'Clock run is less than a quarter-mile north. You'll also be right across Park Avenue from the Riverwalk and the Blue River Bikeway, with the heart of historic Main Street just beyond. On Main Street, you'll have your pick of excellent restaurants, cafes, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, boutiques, and gear shops to explore all year round. Come summertime, you can fill your days with scenic lift rides, hikes through the surrounding mountains, and gorgeous rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north).
