This second floor unit has a Floridian cottage style with tasteful tropical decorative accents. Enjoy a breathtaking Gulf front view from the spacious private balcony. The living area has a cozy microfiber tan sofa and loveseat, nicely tiled floors, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen has been beautifully upgraded with granite counters, light wood cabinets, full size appliances as well as the full complement of housewares. The dining table seats four and there are two bar stools available for ample seating. The master bedroom features a lovely white cottage furniture, custom tropical bedding, and tiled floors. The hall bunks are built in and feature a top safety rail and cozy jewel toned floral bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack and Jill half bathroom. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer also. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation. Things to know: Beach service included May - October

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
