You are close to the beach and about a mile from the downtown Village/Pier. With two separate living areas and an open floor plan there is plenty of room for everyone. The home has recently renovated the bathrooms and the kitchen has been renovated with brand new kitchen appliances. Enjoy the bright and open floor plan with lots of natural sunlight throughout, or sit outside and relax by the pool as you gaze up at the beautiful oaks.
