4310 Ninth Street is the perfect place where you and your family can come together to relax and unwind! This 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath house is conveniently located in the iconic East Beach neighborhood. You are close to the beach and about a mile from the downtown Village/Pier. With two separate living areas and an open floor plan there is plenty of room for everyone. The home has recently renovated the bathrooms and the kitchen has been renovated with brand new kitchen appliances. Enjoy the bright and open floor plan with lots of natural sunlight throughout, or sit outside and relax by the pool as you gaze up at the beautiful oaks. Walking through the front door you will be greeted by an open bright living room with a 50" flat screen TV, attached dining area with a great view of the private pool. To the left of the living room you will have 3 bedrooms including 2 master suites.
