No parties allowed! It’s a Brand New Furnished home with the capacity of FIVE. Big Living room with TV. Kitchen has stove with oven, microwave & refrigerator. No Coffee is served, but there is a coffee machine so you must order your own beverages. However, hundreds of restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets are just around the corner. It’s definitely convenient for you and your family go wherever you want. 5 min to 60 & 57; 40 min to Downtown LA; 45 min drive to LAX, Disney & Universal Studios. FYI, The 3 bedroom and 2 bath is the front unit of house , the house has a back unit in the back yard. The back unit Tenants is a long term tenants. They are very kind, quite and clean people. The back unit has their own access at the back yard. The front unit has the main entrance into the house. Both units share the laundry in the garage, the pool and the backyard.
It’s a quiet and safety Neighborhood, walking distance to Parks, Restaurants and Supermarkets.
