A beautiful view of Saratoga Passage, Camano Island, and the sun rising over the Cascades filters through a bank of Douglas fir at this home in the outskirts of Coupeville. With over an acre of waterfront property, this is a place for taking in the beauty of Whidbey Island - watching eagles overhead from the deck and wandering down the stretch of pebbly beach.
This two-story home sits on Whidbey's eastern shore, where it boasts 100 feet of tidelands on Saratoga Passage. It's a wonderful setting for your island excursions, close to the ferry dock (five miles), charming downtown Coupeville (six miles), Fort Casey State Park (six miles), and the oceanfront Bluff Trail at Ebey's Landing (seven miles).
Each morning here begins outside, on a 700-square-foot deck that wraps around the back of the house. It's a lovely spot for coffee at sunrise, afternoon barbecues, and evenings spent sipping wine with a view of the water below.
Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows frame the same majestic view, while the open floor plan enhances the natural light. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry, a dining space that opens to the deck, and two adjacent sitting areas - one with a TV for movie nights. There's also a cozy den with another TV, a loft where you can escape to log onto the complimentary WiFi, and an in-home washer/dryer for your convenience.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
