Private 1BR/1BA guest suite/apartment (600 sf) in a brand-new single-family home. The guest suite is located on the upper level of the house and is accessible by elevator from the mudroom when you enter through the front porch. It feels like a private one-bedroom apartment, complete w a cozy living area, a bedroom, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, countertop electric burner, coffee maker, kettle, utensils, plates, cups, glasses.

I spent more than 20 years as an IT professional in my first career, and for the past decade I’ve worked as a home builder and contractor, building and improving homes across Northern Virginia.
