Tastefully decorated 2nd floor 3 bedroom 2 bath Fishery unit is located in the heart of Ship Bottom. Owner includes the use of 8 beach badges and on-site lifeguarded pool and club house. No smoking in unit or on balconies. Unit features all bedrooms on lower level, up 7 steps to living, dining and kitchen areas. Two of the bedrooms have safety bars on the windows.
