This specious 4-bedroom house is located on a private 20-acre land. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway or a breathtaking outdoor space for your special occasion party, it is a perfect place to be. The house has a huge deck overlooking the mountains, the valley, and the city of Tehachapi. Here, you can enjoy a relaxing spa, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, private hiking trails, and friendly dears (who appear every morning and evening not far from the house).

The property is located at an elevation of 4000 ft in the Five Points Tehachapi Mountains. However, it takes only 10 minutes to get to downtown Tehachapi, where you can find a few well-known supermarkets, local wineries, breweries, bakeries, and places to eat. There is enough space on the property to park up to ten cars. Free public parking is available in the Tehachapi downtown area.
