We enjoy providing living spaces that are welcoming and warm but with great light and open feels. We often travel and utilize short-term rentals ourselves and believe we have learned what special touches make a short-term rental special and memorable.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, (newly renovated), charming, 3 bedroom/2 bath home. Sleeps 6 (7 if one person wants to sleep on the couch). Great screened-in porch and yard. Peaceful neighborhood 5 minutes from downtown Franklin square. The space Welcome to your home away from home, a cozy, beautiful, newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath, minutes from downtown Franklin TN. Come see why Travel + Leisure named Franklin one of the “50 Best Places to Travel in 2022.” where there is something for everyone. For the history buff, Franklin (founded in 1799 and named after Benjamin Franklin); has the site of one of the bloodiest battles in the Civil War; Battle of Franklin, Carnton, the Carter House, and many other historic locations throughout the City. NOTE - The property is equipped with (4) external security cameras that are located openly at 1.) front door 2.) Rear yard/porch 3.) The side entrance to the garage.) view of the front of the house/yard/street. They are all easily viewable (small, square, black boxes that are about 2" x 2". FYI - There are NO indoor cameras or other recording devices of any kind on the property.
