Located on a beautifully wooded lot, this home is perfect for a one-of-a-kind vacation with your family, friends, and even your dogs! With a hiking and snowshoeing trail just outside your front door, this home is an outdoors lover's delight. Conveniently situated near Gunstock Mountain Resort and Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, you will not fall short of things to do.
This home features a spacious living area with cathedral ceilings, exposed wood beams, a propane fireplace, a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube TV, and inviting furniture. The kitchen has been appointed with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and utensils needed to whip up everything that comes to the chef's mind. Surprise your guests with delicious grilled treats using the gas grill available. Additional amenities that will make your stay unforgettable include, an on-site washer/dryer, and a 220V 35 Amp outlet for portable EV chargers allowing you to charge directly from your home! Ellacoya State Park is nearby and charges by the carload, as well as Weirs Beach.
THINGS TO KNOW
PLEASE READ: Motorcycles, RVs, Boats, Trailers are prohibited by the HOA and fines of 500 dollars will be assessed for any violators.
Guests need to provide their own charging cord to use the EV chargers.
Due to an allergy in the family, the homeowner politely requests that no dogs are allowed in the twin bedroom in order to keep one allergy-free sleeping area.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
