Mountain Vacation Lodging is a rental agency with a focus on the needs of each Guest and Each homeowner.
Since 2003, the MVL team has provided services to travelers, homeowners and property managers. We work closely with all parties to ensure that the experience meets or exceeds expectations.
For travelers, we are here to help you find the perfect vacation home, townhome, condo, or cabin. Whatever your needs may be, our team is here to help you select the accommodations that are right for you. Once you book, we provide support, and add value. Our Guest Service Agents are here for you, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Ask us about discounts. We might be able to help you save not only on your lodging, but on activities, travel, or dining. With our help, you won’t only enjoy a fantastic vacation home, but a wonderful all-around experience.
For homeowners, we are here to help you rent your home as little, or as much, as you prefer. Our focus on our property owners is fundamental to our structure and approach. We work to understand each owner's goals, preferences, guidelines and requirements. We design and implement marketing campaigns to ensure the property is rented as much, or as little, as the owner prefers. We endeavor to get our owners the right kind of reservations, and perform services to support the rental of the property.
Our team consists of a small and tight knit group of people. We work hard, play hard, and maintain an environment of professionalism and positivity.

Disclosures/Disclaimers:
Rental Agreements, Security Deposits & Requirements – All rental properties are subject to laws, rules & regulations. A signed Rental Agreement is required within 72 hours of booking and before check-in. Please review the Rental Agreement, House Rules, and Terms & Conditions. ID, additional information may be required. Background checks may be conducted & may be required by law. A credit card and/or refundable security deposit may be needed. Agreements are sent electronically—no printer needed. Contact us with any questions prior to booking.
Amenities – Availability of shared or private amenities (e.g., hot tubs, pools, gyms) may vary seasonally or due to maintenance. They cannot be guaranteed to be available at all times. Please confirm amenity availability with us before booking.
Air Conditioning – Many properties do not have A/C. Cool nights, ventilation & fans may suffice. Check weather forecasts and property photos for details on whether a rental home has A/C or fans.
Group Sizes & Occupancy Fees – Some properties adjust rates up & down based on group size. Accurate group size must be provided at booking and updated if plans change. Adjustments may affect the total cost and security deposit requirements.
Security Cameras & Noise Monitoring – Exterior cameras and noise monitors are used to ensure safety, security, and compliance with rules. They monitor entrances and help protect property integrity. If you plan to exceed occupancy, bring unapproved pets, or throw parties, this home isn’t for you. These measures help keep the home safe, clean, and available for respectful guests.
Cleaning Fees & Long Stays – The cleaning fee covers post-stay cleaning. For stays over one week, additional mid-stay cleanings (equal to the original fee) may apply weekly. Please contact us to discuss long-stay terms before booking.
