We have been in the vacation rental business on Pleasure Island for over 30 years. We expanded into Topsail Island four years ago, and expanded into Oak Island in 2023. A slower, more quiet pace than Carolina Beach, it boasts the lovely wooded areas of Fort Fisher and is home to the North Carolina Aquarium. Oak Island marks the southernmost beach of North Carolina, a 12 mile island south of the Cape Fear River near Southport.
