Welcome to our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a private swimming pool, 8ft slate pool table, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and patio in the 77015 zip . Perfectly designed to accommodate up to 12 guests (8 beds ( 4 queen, 4 twins), our home is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay. Our home is conveniently located just a short distance from some of Houston's most popular attractions. The downtown area is just 13 miles away. As soon as you step into our beautifully decorated home, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The house has a total of 4 tvs. The living room opens up to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you'll need to whip up a delicious meal. The bedrooms are all tastefully decorated and offer comfortable beds and plenty of closet space to store your belongings. The two bathrooms are both modern and spacious, with fresh towels, shampoo, and body wash provided for your convenience. Outside, you'll find a private swimming pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. There's also an outdoor kitchen and patio, complete with a grill and plenty of seating, making it the ideal spot for outdoor dining and entertaining. Located in east Houston, 20 miles to downtown, 17 miles to midtown mostly highway. The house is a tropical paradise with a deep 12 ft pool . It does have shallow end for kids. Pool is not heated. Hot tub is kept around 90-100 F. Backyard has covered patio with outdoor dining table. I10E and beltway 8 are just minutes away and so is Walmart and home depot.
