Many neighboring towns such as Owego, Binghamton, Endicott and Vestal are within easy access from this central point. Enjoy this cozy, cottage-like home. It has 2 quaint bedrooms, comfortable living room and whimsical eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped to prepare meals. For your convenience and enjoyment the home has a smart tv. If you are traveling alone or with a small group, the place is excellent for a cozy, comfortable stay on a low budget. All rooms are shared with the exception of the private bedrooms. Shared Access to all areas of the home include: 1 bathroom, cozy, fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable, relaxing living room and enjoy peace and solitude of the quiet neighborhood from the back porch. Quiet, city neighborhood. On site parking for 1 car. All other vehicles must park on Willow Street. Bus stop is outside the front door. Parking in the driveway is first come first serve. SAFETY No one has access to the home except for myself, my fiance and son who may access the home during the day. I will be available if needed.
