JUST CHILLIN is a newly updated, classic, dog-friendly Folly Beach house. The location at 1205 East Arctic Avenue is premium, with the house situated in a cul-de-sac, keeping traffic to a minimum. You will enjoy one of the more secluded areas of beach on the island. There is plenty of space indoors and out for rest and relaxation. Inside, the home has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two sleeper sofas. It sleeps 10 people. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas have views of the Atlantic Ocean. Watch movies as the sun goes down on the huge flat-screen TV in the main living area. The home was recently renovated with new furnishings, mattresses, and flat-screen TVs in all the rooms.
If people need a break from the sun, head to the ground level to shoot pool, play cards, or relax in the sitting area while catching your favorite show. (Keep in mind that the ground level is not designed as a sleeping area and has exposed ductwork and pipes.)
The outdoor living area for the home is HUGE. With an oversized deck upstairs and another sundeck on the ground level, this home has one of the largest outdoor deck spaces available on Folly Beach. Guests relax in the sun while hearing waves crash into the shore and the wind blows through the palm trees. Truly, this is a slice of paradise! Under the house, you'll find a gas grill, seating area, and cornhole game. Use the outdoor shower at mid-deck level to clean off all of that wonderful Folly Beach sand. The home has private parking with room for four cars if standard size or for two larger vehicles. Make this spot your next vacation destination and enjoy your stay.

Central air conditioning, a mini-split system, and a window air conditioning unit are available to help guests with the summer heat.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
