This 3BR/2.5BA home sits in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, just a few minutes from downtown Truckee. Enjoy a cold beverage on the back deck, or gather by the firepit and tell stories under the stars.
Rustic-chic decor, warm hardwood floors, and a gas fireplace with stone surround create a delightful retreat for your alpine getaway.
Enjoy an array of nearby activities, including skiing, golfing, Frisbee golf, and water sports. There are also plenty of local dining options to investigate.
LIVING AREA
Unwind in the living room on the leather sofa and chair with ottoman. Warm up in front of the gas fireplace, or watch a movie on the 42in flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is open to the dining room and features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range. Whip up a hearty meal, then call everyone to the six-person dining table for a family-style feast.
BED & BATH
This two-story home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a furnished balcony, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub -- perfect for soaking after a day on the slopes.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A bathroom with a tub/shower combination sits between them.
A convenient half bath is located off the kitchen.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Head to the front porch or bi-level back deck to enjoy a glass of wine. Or make your way down to the stone patio and roast marshmallows at the firepit.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for a maximum of three cars (one in the garage and two in the driveway).
This rental does not have air-conditioning.
Six maximum number of occupants (excluding children under thirteen, 13, years of age) permitted.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
