Roy Burchfield has lived in the Lake Conroe / Montgomery Texas community for over 30 years and he takes great pride in maintaining his properties and creating space for you, your family, and friends, making sure you have everything you need throughout your stay with us. Roy has had rental properties for 20+ years and has been growing his Short Stay Rental business since 2019. A Superhost and Premier Host, Roy and his Team are readily available to answer any questions and/or assist before, during, and after your stays. Roy and his wife, Kelly, live nearby in downtown Montgomery at their Train Depot Home and their Forest Home just north of Montgomery in the Sam Houston National Forest with their sweet English Bull Terrier, Juno.

Property information

Our Unit B is the lower-level of the home w/ entry door on backside of property. Upon arrival park under car port, then take walkway to left of the house & access door off back lower-level patio. Unit sleeps 4, w/ one queen bed and a sofa bed in the living area. You are welcome to enjoy our swimming pool, which you will access via back fence gate. Please note the pool is shared & utilized by 3 of my rental units: Unit A (upper level of home), Unit B,& adjacent property, our Cozy Barn. Close to Lake Conroe, there is a boat ramp in neighborhood & boat pass available upon request! We have a circular drive for your boat/trailer & room to unhitch. The yard is completely fenced in, when gates are closed, so it's good for your pups. Please be prepared w/ a leash for your dog(s) because if we have guests staying in our Unit A, they may have a dog(s) too. If you are planning a social gathering during your stay, but guests paid for and disclosed at time of booking will be the only overnight stays, we do still require notification and approval prior to check-in, and additional fees per person 'may' apply depending on the number of additional people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you for your gathering. Again, we do allow social gatherings and want everyone to have a great time, but we do REQUIRE NOTIFICATION PRIOR TO CHECKIN and the Host's final approval. LATE CHECK-OUT options available at three different levels: Until 12 noon @ no charge Until 2pm @ 45_Until 6pm @ 75. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with Host, Roy, via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping. Upon Host approval, you may pay for and confirm your late check-out via Guest Guide link provided and Stripe Connect (credit card transaction). **One time pet fee, per pet paid upon arrival**

Neighbourhood information

While staying with us, you also have access to the Host’s main property two blocks away that sits on 5 acres totally fenced in and gated with a private, well-fed swimming pond, sand volleyball, corn hole, horseshoes, outdoor grills, etc. There are also two (2) 100 lb. tortoises that can be seen roaming the property or grazing in their corral next to swimming pond. Just let us know, if this is of interest to you, and we will tell you how to access. We’re conveniently located in a neighborhood across from Waterpoint Shopping Center and Marina on Lake Conroe. Here you will find several, nice dining options like Monty’s Lighthouse Cajun Bar & Grill, Akashi Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar, Fajita Jacks, CVS pharmacy, Marble Slab, Bar Lago, etc.
