Come experience this BEAUTIFUL 3 bed 3 bath villa in the luxurious resort community of Legacy Villas! We are the largest 3 bed 3 bath single story townhome available in Legacy Villas. We are in a private location backing the beautiful mountains which offer amazing views from the back patio. Next to multiple pool. Two adult bikes & Golf Arcade game to enjoy as well. Walking distance to multiple pools. All community pools are open with no restrictions as well as the gym facilities! Lic #111361

Neighbourhood information

We are right next to the award winning La Quinta Resort and Club and also the 5 restaurants within at Waldorf Astoria. The resort also has 5 championship golf courses as well as both Tennis and Health and Spa facilities. 2 adult bikes with helmets are available for guests to use throughout the community to access the different pools, gym and community areas.
