Our 4bd/2ba home is perfect for big families, work groups. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, and we ask that you are respectful of our neighbors by being super quiet in the daytime, as well as at night. No parties, please! Almost half an acre of sunny lawns, forest, and a seasonal creek at the end of a quiet road will greet you. (Please note that our house includes a small entirely separate In-law unit downstairs under the living room, which is not included in the listing.) As you drive up our driveway to the end of the road, our home is on your right side. You walk up 15 stairs to our long outdoor deck, which allows you to bring the outside in. There is a little separate building at the end of the driveway. It is just for our storage use. As you enter the house, you will see a stone fireplace right in front of you, the great room has old natural pine paneled walls, an open floor plan, and mostly hardwood and tile floors. There are 2 comfortable coaches and a sofa close to the fireplace, a working desk and mobile chair, and another 2 coaches on the right side of the room. The dining area and newly renovated kitchen are on the left side of the fireplace. Walk along the kitchen and you will find 4 bedrooms: one spacious bedroom with a brand new queen-sized bed (2023), one sweet trundle bed in the middle bedroom, a brand new queen-sized sofa bed in a separate room, which has bright light almost all day long, and one king-sized bed in the spacious master bedroom. Our 2 newly renovated full baths (2023) and 4 bedrooms are all on one level for easy accessibility (note there are 15 stairs from the parking area up to our front door). There is a very quiet in-law unit below the living room. Please keep the area in the living room, dining room, and kitchen quiet between 10 PM and 7 AM as a courtesy to the unit below. We have parking for 1 car at the top of the driveway to the right and another space in the carport right next to it.

Hi, we are Tasha and Rob. We are grateful to live in such a peaceful, spacious, and convenient place. We are happy to share our place with you when we are out of town. Tasha is a mindfulness teacher. She spends lots of time gardening, cooking, writing, and meditating. Rob is a psychotherapist and professor. Sharing our love of nature, we often teach mindfulness-based workshops together outdoors, even in the backyard. If we are out of town, we have a caretaker available to answer any of your questions in a timely manner.

It is a very safe neighborhood. No big noise between 10 PM to 8 AM please. This is a quiet area with no streetlights, so star gazing is excellent. Wildlife abounds and sightings of deer, raccoon, coyotes, and raptors are common. Stroll in our backyard, discover the path to our sacred temple, and access to the incredible open space adjoining the Golden Gate National Recreation Area.
