Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of 500 dollars.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

From the large rooftop deck, enjoy unimpeded views of Zephyr Cove and the gorgeous blue waters of Lake Tahoe. In warmer months, fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco in the breeze. The private hot tub on the deck is ideal for indulgent soaks year-round.
With 4,400 square feet of living space, this luxurious home offers ample room to both relax and entertain. The expansive third floor has a lake-view living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a TV. The updated, well-appointed kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare delectable meals, including a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a five-burner gas cooktop, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook.
The second floor is home to the elegant primary suite, which boasts a stunning lake view, a private sunroom, a living space with a TV, a walk-in closet, and an open bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, soaking tub, and water closet. On this level, you'll also find three more bedrooms, two full bathrooms, hot tub access, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer, sink, and an iron and ironing board.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
