Escape w/ the family to "Iron Pine Treehouse" next to Lake Conroe on a small private lake. Enjoy lake views from nearly every room w/ luxury finishes Trees intersect the deck w/ a canopy of leaves overhead for a treehouse effect 13 beds, sleeps 17 comfortably: 1 King, 2 Queens, 9 Twin bunks, 1 futon, 1 Q blowup Kayacks/Paddleboards and a game-room. There's even a connected studio with a full kitchen. Fish off the private dock | Only 3 minutes to the Lake Conroe public boat ramp or boat rentals!

Enjoy the quiet neighborhood where this magnificent "treehouse" home is nestled in the trees on a private lake (which also overlooks lake conroe). Home on nearly 1 acre with no neighbors directly next to the property. There's lot of greenspace between other neighbors with plenty of areas to roam. *Please note: there is an abundance of wildlife being next to the water - cranes/birds/squirrels which are fun to watch - but also snakes/bugs/critters. Watch your step when moving around the property and bring your bug spray please! We do have a full bug spray system installed around the property to keep the bugs down (remote and instructions provided in the property). You will need a car; free parking at most local shops.
