Proud to present. Boutique private condos designed with upscale clientele in mind, located in a condo hotel. Best location in South Beach: between Ocean Drive and Collins Ave on the 15th Street - 3 minute walk to beach, Lincoln Road, Espanola way, tons of places to wine and dine, tours and entertainment around. No car needed, but valet parking is available in the building, if necessary (not free).
IMPORTANT: While the building itself shows some signs of age and could benefit from a few cosmetic updates, the Suites have been thoughtfully maintained and offer a clean, comfortable space for Your stay. We've priced them to reflect the overall condition and are confident You'll enjoy the value, convenience, and comfort they provide.
The website settings are limited to showing 12 am check in time as the latest available time. However, the guests are welcome to check in as late as they want. Example: 3 am check in.

Across the street from the world-famous beach and steps away from all the main local landmarks such as Ocean Drive, Espanola way, Lincoln Rd mall.
