Gas grills, where available, are not maintained by GCPM and are used at your own risk. Renters are liable for any property damage and associated costs. If the residence requires a Homeowners Association application, this may require personal details. Guests are encouraged to complete and return the application form by email at time of booking and no later than 24 hours after booking. Welcome to The Lookout! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. This charming fourth-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront condo is on the beach and boasts full views of the Gulf of Mexico. The Lookout is located in the highly sought-after community of Covert II in Longboat Key. This community offers private deeded beach access just steps from the condo, with a large free-formed community pool located right in the center of the building. Shoppers can check out the local boutiques on St. Armand’s Circle while enjoying the natural beauty of Lido Beach and Longboat Key Beach. The kitchen has ample countertop space. The spacious living room boasts unobstructed views of the gorgeous crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a large comfy couch, two adjoining day chairs, along with a chair and footrest to kick back and unwind after a long day at the beach. The screened-in patio offers views in every direction. There are two chaise lounges and outdoor dining set to accommodate up to four comfortably. The dining table is adjacent to the kitchen and has seating for up four people. There is a table leaf, that allow six people to sit at the table. You can also pull out the table and add one additional chair for more space. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, plenty of closet space, a TV, and a set of sliding glass doors with views of the ocean that lead out to the patio. Attached is the master bathroom with dual vanity and a large walk-in shower. Down the hall, you'll find the second bedroom. It has two twin beds, a dresser, and plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. Come, and find out why people return to Longboat Key year after year! There is an elevator located in the center of the building. There is also one designated spot for this unit along with visitor parking.

No Pets, no exceptions per the HOA. House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. Note: Following Hurricane Milton, the elevators to this building are out of order. The unit is on the 4th floor.
