Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited

Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of 500 dollars.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
This vacation rental is spacious, warm, and ready to host your entire family for the ultimate Lake Tahoe adventure. This home includes an open, well-equipped kitchen with a five-burner gas stove and a breakfast bar, a dining table with seating for six, and a cozy living area with comfortable furniture, a warming gas fireplace, and a TV. Outside, gather for alfresco meals on the furnished deck, fire up the gas grill, or just relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the surrounding forest. In the garage, you'll find a full-size pool table when you're up for a little friendly competition.
Any getaway to the Lake Tahoe area is sure to be an unforgettable experience with cool blue waters and snow-covered mountains. Sunny summer days bring activities ranging from boating to water skiing to scenic hikes and mountain biking excursions, while winter brings excitement with Heavenly Resort being less than six miles away. Featuring almost 100 runs and 30 lifts, this mountain has something for every skill level. If you don't feel like cooking, grab some grub from one of the many restaurants nearby, or enjoy a little grown up fun at one of the Stateline casinos.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
