The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight. The master bedroom, with backyard access, opens to a deck and stairs leading to a serene back patio – an ideal spot for enjoying your favorite cuppa. The space • 2,120 sqft • Sanitized, self-checkin (contact free) • Free parking • Full kitchen, blender, washer/dryer • Fast & stable wifi Managed by | Marbella Lane | Full-service vacation rental property management | Top performer by AirDNA 4 bedrooms • 2.5 baths • 1 kitchen Additional notes: The sofa bed is actually a day bed with trundle. The hot tub in the backyard is out of order and it's not part of this listing. Other Things to Note: NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed. Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies. Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction. Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed. Note: We have a no pet policy. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, 50 USD Dollar per person, per night.
