This condo is part of a small cluster of about 70 units. The grounds are perfectly maintained, and include a pool/hot tub/grills. The condo overlooks SeaMountain Golf Course (currently 9 holes), there are no restrictions on who can play the course. About a 5-10 minute walk lies the Punaluu Black Sand Beach, which is a nesting ground for the Green Sea Turtle. Every day it is almost guaranteed to see one or more sunning themselves on the sand. The Volcanoes National Park is a quick 30 minute drive up the road. The condo itself has been completely renovated, with new appliances, stairs, bedroom, flooring, etc.

I grew up visiting Sea Mountain and purchased the studio apartment a few years ago. I love being able to share the amazing tranquility of the area with my guests. It is a special place to me and I'm sure it will be for you too.
