This fully remodeled house is nestled in a quiet, safe, pet-friendly neighborhood, making it the perfect spot for outdoor adventures. Accommodating up to 6 people, the property offers ample parking for multiple cars and boats, with a boat ramp less than half a mile away. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room where you can relax on the sofa while enjoying a new 75-inch smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features new appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water, a microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. You'll have everything you need with cookware, dishes, a toaster, a crockpot, and a coffeemaker. The dining area accommodates up to 8 people, making it perfect for family meals. The home includes three bedrooms, each stocked with bath towels and beach towels for all guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an extra-top mattress and a 65-inch smart TV. The second bedroom has a cozy queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom includes a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom.
