Welcome to our trendy and modern 2 unit 4-bedroom condo in Wyoming, Michigan, a stone's throw away from downtown Grand Rapids. This unit is great for larger parties and includes two of our separate townhomes that are right next door to one another. With two king beds, two queen beds, and two dining areas for 4, it's perfect for a fun-filled stay. Enjoy entertainment with TVs in every room and the convenience of a 2-car garage in each unit. Your chic and vibrant escape awaits! A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to Airbnb reservation. Special discounts offered for extended stays: • 15% off of 7 days stay or more • 30% off of 30 day stay or more Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper.
