This brand new modern single-family home is the perfect place to relax and unwind. With its spacious rooms, private backyard, and modern amenities, you'll feel right at home. The main floor features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with ample space to entertain guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, has an Espresso Machine and a breakfast bar. There's also a cozy living room and a large TV. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in closet.
I like hosting and creating a relaxing space for guests. I like hiking and mountain biking in nature. I have a boy and a girl.
The Kiley ranch community is very safe community and home to several parks and trails, including the Kiley Ranch Community Park, the Kiley Ranch Sports Complex, and the Kiley Ranch Bike Trail. It is closed to many popular destinations - Sparks Marina, Outlets at Legends, Truckee River Park, etc. 16 minutes to Reno International Airport. 40 minutes to Mt. Rose ski resort. 1 hour to Tahoe lake. A car would be necessary to get around the neighborhood.
