When you want to venture out a bit further and have a change of scenery, downtown Bethel is seven miles south offering even more restaurants, shops, and grocery stores to stock up on necessities. If you are after even more outdoorsy fun, Grafton Notch State Park is also home to pristine trails, cross-country skiing, and fishing spots! Upon entering this retreat, you and your guests will immediately be greeted by classic cabin vibes, tall ceilings, and all of the comforts of home to settle in in no time. Entertaining the whole gang will be a breeze with the media room boasting an accommodating sectional sofa, movie-themed decor, and a TV. Plus, mealtimes will be the best time to reminisce with loved ones as the chef of the group whips up something tasty on modern appliances in the full kitchen. When you need a break from cooking, you'll have plenty of nearby Bethel restaurants to take advantage of. You can watch fireworks on holidays and on Saturdays during winter months from the comfort of your living room while relaxing before a toasty fire. Larger groups can rent the lower level of the home as well at Lodge at Timberline. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
