Cute and cozy place in Packwood. This home is patterned after a Swiss Chalet and has that kind of charm to it. It is an old-school tiny house measuring 400 square feet (perfect for two people). All the modern conveniences of making your stay absolutely comfortable. It has a newly installed mini-split heater / AC combo and a new, 2-person hot tub. Other amenities are a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, and available/dryer. This place is very quiet and yet within walking distance to all activities available in downtown Packwood. As far as location is concerned, this place is located within short driving distance to Mt. Rainier National Park, White Pass Ski area, or many hiking trails within the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. Although newly listed, your hosts are long-time “super hosts” (as rated by multiple rental agencies) for other rental properties they’ve owned. This is a wonderful, low-cost place that is a good value for your money.
We are a couple who enjoy life and spending time with friends and family. We bought our cabin because we enjoy Packwood, Mt Rainier National Park, and skiing. We enjoy the things it offers: peaceful surroundings, hiking, wildlife, and scenery; things that are very important to us. We are new to Bookingdotcom but are considered "Super Hosts" by other websites.
The property is located 0.3 mi from downtown Packwood, WA. Packwood was an old milltown that has transitioned to support recreational activites in the Mt. Rainier National Park, White Pass Ski Area, Mt. St. Helens, and the vast Gifford Pinchot National Forest. Packwood boasts coffee shops, a wide variety of great resturants, and two breweries. In addition, there is a fully stocked grocery store.
