Like its beautiful seashell namesake, sound-side Nautilus is a study in beauty and proportion. This well-kept, 2,296-square-foot Kinnakeet Shores home provides access to great walking and biking paths, as well as numerous sound and beach access points. The ground level has two carports, an under-house entry, an outdoor shower, a concrete pool, and an inviting hot tub. The first level features a small reading nook, perfect for quiet personal time. The second level includes a spacious great room with hardwood floors and a comfortably furnished living area with a big-screen TV, a movie library, an entertainment center, and access to a large, covered exterior deck. The well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, a nearby dining area, and outside decking, ready for your best recipes. The sizeable primary suite has a full bath, a walk-in closet, a TV, and a large covered deck. A guest bedroom also has a TV. Add beautiful Nautilus to your seaside collection. Things to Know The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change. The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. An optional fee of USD 60 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
