We are a team of experienced vacation rental management professionals who manage a rapidly growing portfolio of vacation rental properties throughout all of Michigan, including the Upper Peninsula. We are based out of Beulah, Michigan, in the northwestern corner of the Lower Peninsula on the beautiful shores of Crystal Lake! We pursue our work from a Christian basis and perspective. We also work to provide excellent income for vacation property owners while caring for their homes and property.

Property information

Loon Lodge is a super cute 1-bedroom, 1-bath dog-friendly lakefront cottage on Van Etten Lake, just north of Oscoda and just inland from Lake Huron! The home features a private dock, lakeside bonfire ring, a propane grill, outdoor dining, and a lovely sunroom with a great view of the lake! The home also has Wi-Fi, streaming television, wall A/C unit, washer, dryer, and a beautiful recently-updated bathroom. Provides for a fun getaway to northeast Michigan for couples or small families!

Neighbourhood information

NEIGHBORHOOD: The neighborhood consists of lakefront homes, which are primarily vacation and second homes. A number of retirees live in the area. It is expected that guests will help to keep the neighborhood pleasantly quiet and peaceful. The home is only a 5-minute drive from downtown Oscoda.
