The house has a bonus for the people with babies -- fully equipped baby room. In total, there are four BRs with one king bed, three queen beds, and one crib. The king bed is in the master BR with adjacent bathroom. 1st queen bed is in a separate full featured bedroom adjacent to the living room. 2nd queen bed is in the third full featured bedroom. 2-unit property each with separate entrance. Guests have access to the upper unit, the front yard, and shared washer and dryer. You can also park one car on our driveway. Park on the left side, the other side is for the downstairs unit. Lower part of the house is a separate unit with a private entrance which is also rented through Airbnb.

Direct bus to San Francisco (H) and to Berkeley BART (7) in front of the house. Buses (18 and FS) to downtown Berkeley and UC Berkeley campus.
