Additionally, a gas line is provided, so no need to refill propane! Large sectional seating is provided in the Living Room for family movies on the Flat Screen TV. Wireless Broadband Internet provided. Private Driveway, No pets permitted during the peak-season -- only in off-season. No smoking permitted!" Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS (unless pet friendly), NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS. Fresh 2025 renovations! Including new living room couches from Oskar Huber, new dining and island chairs, all new bedroom rugs, new grills, and the top floor got new flooring, the bottom floor did not need it.
