One of Folly's Best! Your summer vacation awaits at Oceanfront Garden. This condo has ocean views and a community pool to spend your days lounging by the water. Located in central Folly, the beach access is located just a block from the pier. Leave your car parked while on island as the beach shops and local restaurants are just around the corner. Downtown Charleston makes the perfect day trip as it is a 20 minute drive. Inside this spacious condo, the bay windows fills the living room with warm natural light. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living room which connects to the large balcony. The balcony overlooks the ocean and has plenty of seating and lush greenery. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and porch access. The second bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a third full bathroom. Amenities include a laundry closet, dishwasher, WIFI, multiple TVs, and designated parking to make extended stays possible. This unit is not pet friendly. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
